These are our policies
and standards
Reservations require a credit card to hold the room.
Cancellations:
"In season", June
through October

For cancellations made 15 days or
more prior to your reserved date there will be a $20 cancellation fee charged to
your credit card

For cancellations made within 3 to 14
days prior to your reserved date we will charge one night of your
reservation to your credit card, unless we are able to rent your room to another
guest covering at least 50 % or your cancelled reservation.

If you cancel 2 days or less prior to
your reserved date we will charge two nights of your reservation or 50% of your
reservation which ever is greater.
"Off Season" November through May
Cancellations made
less than 7 days prior to your reserved date will incur a cancellation fee of
$20 to your credit card
This cancellation policy has evolved
over our 8 years in business. We hope you will understand that this policy
is vital to running a successful hospitality business in a short season tourist
area
Occupancy:
One or two adults (over 18) per room
Two night minimum stay
holidays and weekends (Fri or Sat.) June thru October
Smoking: Smoking
is not permitted in the house but ok outside or in the shop
Pets: No pets, no
exceptions
Breakfast: We provide a
daily single menu, special medical conditions accommodated if advised at
reservation.
Payment: We accept cash, personal check,
traveler's checks or Visa/Mastercard (card is swiped)
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in 4 to 6 PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
These times are important to our
ability to operate the Inn efficiently and to provide the comfort and service
you and the next guests expect to receive at Traditions. We promise to be
here and available to you from 4 to 6 PM. If you will arrive later
than 6 PM please call us (231 271 2716) or tell us when you make your
reservation.
