These are our policies and standards
We will hold room requests for 5 business days to allow receipt of your deposit check ($60). Reservations made three weeks or less in advance normally require a credit card deposit.
Two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri or Sat.) June thru October
Children: We welcome children 10 years or older. If a family books the entire house (3 rooms), any age child is welcome.
Cancellations:

For cancellations made at least 3 weeks prior to the reserved date we will refund your deposit

For cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the reserved date we will refund your deposit if we are able to rent the room on your dates.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house but ok on deck and porch
Pets: No pets please
Breakfast: We provide a daily single menu, special medical conditions accommodated if advised at reservation. Breakfast at 9 AM
Payment: You may pay us anytime prior to checkout. We accept cash, personal check, traveler's checks or Visa/Mastercard Invoice is provided
Check-in and Check-out: Normal check-in 3 to 7 PM. Check-out time is 11AM. Please let us know about early/late arrivals
