These are our policies and standards

 

Reservations  require a Visa or Mastercard credit card to hold the room. 

 

Cancellations:  

  1. For cancellations made within 3 to 14 days  prior to your reserved date  we will charge one night of your reservation to your credit card, unless we are able to rent your room to another guest covering at least 50 % or your cancelled reservation.

  2. If you cancel 2 days or less prior to your reserved date we will charge two nights of your reservation or 50% of your reservation which ever is greater.

 

Occupancy:  One or two adults (over 18) per room

 

Two night minimum stay holidays and weekends (Fri or Sat.)

 

Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted in the house but ok outside or in the shop

 

Pets:  No pets, no exceptions

 

Breakfast:  We provide a daily single menu

 

Payment:    We accept cash, personal check, traveler's checks or Visa/Mastercard

 

Check-in and Check-out:  Check-in  4  to 6 PM. Check-out time is 11AM.  

These times are important to our ability to operate the Inn efficiently and to provide the comfort and service you and the next guests expect to receive at Traditions.  We promise to be here and available to you from 4 to 6 PM.  If you will arrive later than 6 PM please call us  (231 271 2716) or tell us when you make your  reservation.
